We had our pool and backyard area designed and installed with Texas Aquatics in March of 2014. We could not have been happier with our experience. Dustin was very attentive with what we wanted and did not want with our pool, and he was very honest about things that may work better based on his years of experience and/or made sure to let us know about additional options we could consider based upon what we wanted in our pool. They were there to supervise every contractor that came through our backyard and assured us that barring no bad weather circumstances, everyone was lined up in order so that we could complete the job in no time at all. The contractors they used were considerate, friendly, and did not leave crazy messes in our backyard. Since having had our pool built, we have seen other houses in our subdivision going through the pool building process - we have heard horror stories from neighboring people about lack of communication with their builder, empty promises, ridiculous messes, short time tables to pick tile/stone/and so forth. This was far from our experience with Texas Aquatics and we make sure and recommend them to everyone who we can! The finished product is a beautiful backyard that we love spending time in. Even from there, having a pool can require a bit of hand holding and education. Texas Aquatics did not just drop us the second they were finished. We have been able to call and ask questions about random things that come up here and there. We would 100 percent recommend choosing them for your pool design/installation. We have seen other friends go through such headaches with other companies and that was nothing like our experience with this company!
